Metal valve extension for recessed valves

A straight metal extension with a nominal length of 39 mm moves the valve access point outward. The knurled center section provides grip during tightening.

Approximate dimensions

• Extension length: 39.4 mm, nominal 39 mm.
• Outer body diameter: 9 mm.
• Outer top thread diameter: 7.6 mm.
• Inner opening at the bottom end: 6.8 mm.

Check the thread and seal on the connection side. Tighten the extension by hand without excessive force, attach the pump, and inflate the tire. Remove it before riding if it interferes with moving parts, and verify the valve seal.

Installation and use

Align the extension with the valve and tighten without force. After inflation, check for leaks and replace the cap. Ensure the metal part does not strike the brake caliper, hub, or fork while the wheel is rotating.
