54.6V charging via DC 5.5 × 2.1 mm connector

The charger for a compatible 48V lithium-ion battery system has an output of 54.6 V / 2 A. The black housing with ventilation openings and a round DC connector are designed for stationary charging.

Features and fitment

  • Black ventilated housing.

Before use, check both connector diameters, polarity, and the battery's permissible charging current. Do not cover the cooling vents; do not seal the charger in a bag during operation.

Usage and inspection of the charger

  • Before connecting, check for a dry socket and an undamaged cable. Do not insert the plug with force; follow the connection order in the vehicle manual.
  • During charging, leave the charger on a dry, ventilated surface and do not cover it. Disconnect it according to instructions after charging is complete.
  • If the battery does not accept a charge, also check the socket and wiring. Replacing the charger will not fix a battery fault; stop using a damaged unit.
