180 mm disc brake rotor with six bolts

The 180 mm diameter silver rotor features six mounting points and several types of round cutouts in the braking ring. The set is completed with six bolts for a suitable hub.

• Distance between holes: 22.5 and 39 mm.

The thickness is approximately 1.7 mm. Check the mounting pattern, allowed thickness, and caliper adapter. Switching from a smaller disc to 180 mm is not a direct swap without checking the fork, frame, and brake.

Rotor replacement and alignment

• Replace the rotor if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum allowed thickness. In case of rubbing, check the caliper alignment first.
• Clean the hub contact surface and mount the rotor in the indicated direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking performance; a new rotor and pads require proper bedding in.
