ULIP inner tube with 20 × 4.0 and 3.50-16 markings

The wide ULIP inner tube features a straight Schrader valve and a dual dimension marking of 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is designed for the corresponding tire and rim of wide wheel assemblies.

  • ULIP 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16; straight Schrader valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer diameter of inner tube: 565 mm.
  • Inner diameter of inner tube: 408 mm.
  • Width of inner tube: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When choosing, compare the full dimension marking on the old inner tube and tire, and check valve access after the wheel is installed.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacement, locate the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
  • Fill to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the position of the valve and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
