NUTT Y5 hydraulic brake set for Blade 10 GT

The front and rear brake set for the Blade 10 GT includes left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two black calipers and hydraulic hoses of different lengths. The signal cables on the levers are intended to cut motor power when braking.

Contents and dimensions

• Front hose: 1300 mm; rear hose: 2100 mm according to the supplier.
• Two NUTT Y5 levers, approximately 180 mm long, with a clamp diameter of approximately 22,5 mm.
• Lever signal cables: approximately 384 mm, with red-marked connectors.
• The caliper shown measures approximately 88,6 × 61,5 × 44 mm; mounting-point spacing is approximately 52 mm.
• The hose fittings and bolts shown in the photographs are included.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment and installation

When installing on the Blade 10 GT, compare the mounting side of both calipers, brackets, the diameter and thickness of the existing discs, and the signal connectors. The hoses must allow correct routing without tension at full steering lock and throughout suspension travel. Suitable adapters may be required when converting the existing brakes; matching bolt spacing alone does not guarantee correct pad alignment on the disc.

Installation and use

Installation, hose connection and bleeding should be carried out by a qualified technician. Before use, check for leaks, ensure both wheels rotate freely, verify the brake motor-cutoff function and bed in the pads correctly.
