NUTT Y5 Hydraulic Brake Kit for ZERO 10X / ECO Speed 10X

The kit for the front and rear brake of the ZERO 10X / ECO Speed 10X model includes left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two black calipers, and hydraulic lines of different lengths. The signal cables on the levers are intended for the motor cutoff function during braking.

Contents and dimensions

• Front hose: 1300 mm; rear hose: 2100 mm according to supplier data.
• Two NUTT Y5 levers, approx. 180 mm long, with a clamp diameter of approx. 22.5 mm.
• Lever signal cables: approx. 384 mm, with red-marked connectors.
• The pictured caliper measures approx. 88.6 × 61.5 × 44 mm; the mounting bolt spacing is approx. 52 mm.
• Includes hose fittings and bolts shown in photos.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment and installation

When installing on a ZERO 10X / ECO Speed 10X, verify the mounting side of both calipers, brackets, diameter, and thickness of existing discs, as well as the signal connectors. Hoses must allow for proper routing without tension during full steering lock and suspension movement. Adapters may be required when replacing existing brakes; identical bolt spacing does not guarantee proper pad alignment on the disc.

Installation and use

Assembly, hose connection, and bleeding should be performed by a qualified technician. Before use, check for leaks, free rotation of both wheels, brake cutoff operation, and properly bed-in the pads.
