The original 42 V / 1.7 A charger uses a round 8 mm connector.

Segway 42 V / 1.7 A charger for the Segway Ninebot E2 Pro with a round charging plug approximately 8 mm in diameter. The black housing marked SEGWAY features a permanent output cable approximately 128 cm long and a detachable EU mains cable.

Compatibility and connector selection

For Segway Ninebot E2 Pro with the corresponding 42 V charging port. Compare the plug shape and specifications of your original charger. The charging plug has a different shape from the connectors on newer 54.6 V Segway models. Compatibility for the E2 Pro does not apply to the E2 or E2 Plus, which use a different charging voltage.

Usage

Charge in a dry, ventilated area and do not cover the charger. Check the cable and ensure the port is dry before connecting, and follow the vehicle's instructions. Do not use a damaged charger or battery.
