Reinforced ULIP inner tube with angled valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube features a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. It is designed for compatible 10-inch wheel assemblies requiring an inner tube.

  • Reinforced ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube; 90° angled valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer tube diameter: 235 mm.
  • Inner tube diameter: 148 mm.
  • Tube width: 43 mm.
  • Angled valve: 35 mm length, 90° angle.

In addition to the tire size, check the valve orientation and accessibility relative to the motor. The valve should emerge from the rim opening without strain, leaving sufficient room to attach a pump.

Replacement without pinching the tube

  • Before replacement, identify the cause of the puncture in the tire or rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When seating the bead, avoid pinching it with tire levers.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve alignment and seal; do not use the valve cap to stop a leak.
