ULIP reinforced inner tube with a bent valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube features a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. It is intended for a suitable ten-inch wheel assembly that uses an inner tube.

Features and fitment

  • Model: Dualtron Victor.
  • Reinforced ULIP inner tube 10 × 2.5; 90° bent valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer tube diameter: 235 mm.
  • Inner tube diameter: 148 mm.
  • Tube width: 43 mm.
  • Bent valve: 35 mm length, 90° angle.

In addition to the tire size, check the valve orientation and access near the motor. The valve should protrude from the rim opening without tension, with enough room to attach a pump.

Replacement without pinching the tube

  • Before replacing, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim strip can damage the new inner tube immediately.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with installation tools.
  • Fill to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
