Reinforced ULIP inner tube with a bent valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube features a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. It is designed for compatible ten-inch tire assemblies that use an inner tube.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer diameter: 235 mm.
  • Inner diameter: 148 mm.
  • Width: 43 mm.
  • Bent valve: length 35 mm, angle 90°.

In addition to the tire dimension, check the valve direction and accessibility near the motor. The valve should protrude from the rim opening without tension, with sufficient space to attach a pump.

Replacing without pinching the tube

  • Before replacing, identify the cause of the puncture in the tire or rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When mounting the bead, avoid pinching the tube with installation tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the tire assembly. Check the valve position and seal; do not use valve caps to stop leaks.
