Replacement 54.6 V 2 A charger with 5.5 × 2.1 mm DC connector

The 54.6 V / 2 A replacement charger uses a 5.5 × 2.1 mm DC connector. This is a replacement charger for the specified vehicle version.

The charger for the corresponding 48 V lithium-ion battery system has a 54.6 V / 2 A output. The black housing with ventilation openings and a round DC plug are designed for stationary charging.

  • Black ventilated housing.

Before use, check both connector diameters, polarity, and the battery's permissible charging current. Do not cover cooling openings; do not enclose the charger in a bag during operation.

Charger usage and inspection

  • Before connecting, check that the socket is dry and the cable is undamaged. Do not force the plug; follow the connection sequence from the vehicle manual.
  • During charging, leave the charger on a dry, ventilated surface and do not cover it. Disconnect according to instructions after charging is complete.
  • If the battery does not accept a charge, also check the socket and wiring. Replacing the charger will not fix a battery fault; stop using a damaged unit.
