Innova road tire with internal sealant layer

The Innova 60/70-6.5 features a road tread with angled grooves and an internal sealant layer. The tubeless design works without a separate inner tube on a suitable airtight rim.

  • Innova 60/70-6.5; road tread; internal sealant layer.

The sealant layer can help with minor punctures in the tread area but does not repair a cut sidewall or a damaged rim edge. In case of pressure loss, check the valve and the seal between the tire and the rim.

Tire inspection and installation

  • Replace the tire if the tread is worn, or if there are cracks, bulges, or a damaged bead. Remove any debris and check the condition of the rim before installation.
  • Deflate the tire, remove the old one, and install the new one without damaging the bead. Observe any rotation direction arrows.
  • Set the pressure according to the allowed values for the wheel and load. Check for even seating and free rotation; recheck the pressure before the next ride.
