Curved tubeless PVR50 valve for hub access

The black PVR50 valve features a curved body, a rubber seal base, and a threaded cap. It is intended for the corresponding rim hole for a tubeless tire.

• Base diameter: 16 mm.
• Clamping part diameter: 12 mm.

The valve is approximately 40 mm high, and the bottom part measures approximately 16 mm. Compare the diameter of the hole and the clearance near the motor; the bent valve must remain accessible for a pump after installation.

Replacement and checking for leaks

• Fully deflate the tire to access the valve. Inspect the opening and remove the damaged seal.
• Insert the new valve using a suitable tool without damaging the sealing part. After refilling, check for leaks at the base and valve core, and screw on the cap.
