ULIP inner tube with 20 × 4.0 and 3.50-16 markings

The wide ULIP inner tube features a straight Schrader valve and a dual-dimension marking of 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is designed for the corresponding tire and rim of a wide wheel assembly.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer diameter of the inner tube: 565 mm.
  • Inner diameter of the inner tube: 408 mm.
  • Inner tube width: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When selecting, compare the full dimension marking on the old inner tube and tire, and check valve accessibility after mounting the wheel.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacing, check for the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Foreign objects, sharp edges, or a damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When mounting the tire bead, do not pinch it with tire levers.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
