Yellow thumb accent for throttle control

The black throttle lever features a yellow thumb surface and a circular handlebar mount. The short cable with a white connector connects to the appropriate control harness.

Features and fitment

  • Model: Segway Ninebot MAX G30.
  • Black thumb lever with yellow surface; white connector.

Compare the connector and cable position with the old lever. When installing, leave a gap to the rubber grip so it doesn't prevent the throttle from returning. Test operation first on a securely supported scooter.

Installation and response checking

  • Before replacement, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power supply according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and plug in the connector without forcing it.
  • Route the cable without tension during full handlebar rotation. Attach the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately after being released.
  • Before riding in controlled conditions, check throttle response and brake cut-off. Do not use sticking or damaged levers.
