The throttle lever is mounted next to the handlebar grip and operated by the thumb. The round black housing is complemented by a grey grip surface and a cable with a white connector.

• Connector housing: 16 mm length, 8 mm width, 5 mm height.
• Narrower rear part of the connector: 3.5 mm.

The cable is approximately 270 mm long, and the internal mounting diameter is about 23 mm. Please check your vehicle generation and pin layout. The lever must return to its original position without sticking when released.

Installation and response check

• Before replacing, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power supply according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and connect the plug without forcing it.
• Route the cable without tension when turning the handlebars to the full extent. Secure the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately after being released.
• Before riding, test the throttle response and brake motor cut-off in a controlled environment. Do not use a damaged or sticking lever.
