The throttle lever is mounted next to the handlebar grip and is operated with the thumb. The black round housing is complemented by a gray gripping surface and a cable with a white connector.

The cable is approximately 270 mm long, and the inner clamp measures approximately 23 mm. Check the vehicle generation and pinout. The lever must return to its starting position without sticking when released.

Installation and response check

• Before replacement, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the power according to the service procedure. Compare the contacts and connect the connector without forcing it.
• Route the cable without tension at full handlebar turn. Secure the lever so that the moving part has enough clearance and returns immediately upon release.
• Before riding in controlled conditions, check the throttle response and the brake motor cutoff. Do not use a sticking or damaged lever.
