ULIP inner tube with 20 × 4.0 in 3.50-16 markings

The wide ULIP inner tube features a straight Schrader valve and double size markings of 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is designed for the corresponding tire and rim of a wide wheel assembly.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer tube diameter: 565 mm.
  • Inner tube diameter: 408 mm.
  • Tube width: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When choosing, compare the full size markings on the old inner tube and tire, and check for valve access after installing the wheel.

Changing the inner tube without pinching

  • Before changing, identify the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, avoid pinching it with mounting tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
