ULIP inner tube with 20 × 4.0 and 3.50-16 markings

The wide ULIP inner tube features a straight Schrader valve and a dual size marking 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is intended for use with a compatible tire and rim of a wide wheel assembly.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer tube diameter: 565 mm.
  • Inner tube diameter: 408 mm.
  • Tube width: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When choosing, compare the full size marking on the old tube and tire, and check for valve access after wheel installation.

Replacement without pinching the tube

  • Before replacing, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Debris, a sharp edge, or a damaged rim strip can damage the new inner tube immediately.
  • Inflate the tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch the tube with assembly tools.
  • Fill to the pressure permitted for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop a leak.
