NUTT Y5 hydraulic brake set for Kaabo Wolf King GT

The front and rear brake set for the Kaabo Wolf King GT model contains left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two black calipers, and hydraulic hoses of different lengths. The signal cables on the levers are intended for the motor cut-off function when braking.

Contents and dimensions

• Front hose: 1300 mm; rear hose: 2100 mm according to supplier data.
• Two NUTT Y5 levers, approximately 180 mm long, with a clamp diameter of approximately 22.5 mm.
• Lever signal cables: approximately 384 mm, with red-marked connectors.
• The pictured caliper measures approximately 88.6 × 61.5 × 44 mm; the spacing of the mounting points is approximately 52 mm.
• Included are connection fittings for the hoses and bolts as shown in the photos.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment and installation

When installing on a Kaabo Wolf King GT, compare the installation side of both calipers, brackets, diameter and thickness of existing discs, and the signal connectors. The hoses must allow proper routing without tension during full steering rotation and suspension travel. When converting existing brakes, appropriate adapters may be required; the same bolt spacing alone does not guarantee the correct pad position on the disc.

Installation and use

Assembly, hose connection, and bleeding should be performed by a qualified technician. Before use, it is necessary to check for leaks, free movement of both wheels, the functioning of the brake motor cut-off, and properly bed-in the pads.
