Before installation, check the full dimensions, bead seat, and rim width. For tubeless use, you need an airtight rim with a suitable tubeless valve.

Tire inspection and installation

  • Replace the tire if the tread is worn, or if there are cracks, bulges, or a damaged bead. Before installation, remove any debris and check the rim condition.
  • Deflate the wheel, remove the old tire, and install the new one without damaging the bead. Observe any rotation direction arrows.
  • Adjust the pressure according to the permitted values for the wheel and load. Check for even seating and free rotation; recheck the pressure before your next ride.
