Reinforced ULIP inner tube with 90-degree valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.75-6.5 inner tube features a thicker wall design and a metal valve bent at a right angle. There is a black protective cap on the valve.

Before installation, compare the tire dimension and the valve direction relative to the motor hub. Remove foreign objects and check the rim edges, then insert the inner tube without kinks or pinching.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

• Before replacing, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged protective rim strip can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
• Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly in the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
• Fill to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and seal; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
