ULIP reinforced inner tube with 90-degree valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.75-6.5 inner tube features a thicker wall design and a metal valve bent at a right angle. The valve includes a black protective cap.

Before installation, compare the tire dimensions and the valve orientation relative to the motor hub. Remove any foreign objects and check the rim edges, then insert the inner tube without kinks or pinching.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacing, identify the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim strip can damage the new inner tube immediately.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When seating the tire bead, do not pinch it with installation tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure recommended for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
