The sealing layer can limit air leakage in the event of a small puncture in the tread. If pressure drops, still check the tire, valve, and rim edge; a damaged sidewall or large cut requires proper repair or replacement.

Tire inspection and installation

• Depressurize the wheel, remove the old tire, and install the new one without damaging the bead. Observe any rotation direction arrow.
