Battery cover with handle and contact lock

The black upper battery cover combines a liftable handle, a lock, two keys, and electrical wiring. The assembly replaces the corresponding end part of the battery housing.

The top plate measures approximately 132 × 64 mm, the body is approximately 70 mm high. Verify the shape of the battery housing, holes, lock function, and all connectors. The procedure requires disconnecting the battery and working without creating a short circuit between its terminals.

Installation and use

Replace the cover with the battery disconnected and safely removed. Compare the conductors and mechanical connections; the intervention must not damage the cells or insulation. Check the lock and handle fit before reusing the battery.
