Adjusting the support and grip

• Remove the old grips, then clean and dry the handlebar. Before securing the new grip, check that it is fully seated on the intended section of the tube.
• Adjust the position for a relaxed wrist and easy reach of the brake lever. Where present, tighten the clamping parts according to the instructions and check that the grip does not rotate.
• Check that the throttle returns freely. Replace torn, hardened or slippery grips; do not apply lubricant to the gripping surface.
