EXCEL inner tube for a 20-inch wheel with a 3.0 width

The black EXCEL 20 × 3.0 inner tube features a straight Schrader automotive valve, approximately 33.5 mm in length. It is intended for use in a compatible pneumatic tire.

For wide wheels, also check valve access and the condition of the rim strip. Inflate the inner tube slightly during installation to help it maintain its shape and avoid it getting pinched between the tire bead and the rim.

Changing without pinching the tube

  • Before changing, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim strip can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Inflate the tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with installation tools.
  • Fill to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the position of the valve and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
