EXCEL inner tube for 20-inch wheel with 3.0 width

The black EXCEL 20 × 3.0 inner tube has a straight Schrader valve approximately 33.5 mm long. Intended for use in a compatible tire with an inner tube.

  • Inner tube outer diameter: 537 mm.
  • Inner tube inner diameter: 415 mm.

With a wide wheel, also check valve access and the condition of the rim tape. Inflate the inner tube only slightly during mounting so it maintains its shape and does not get caught between the tire bead and the rim.

Replacing the inner tube without pinching

  • Before replacing, check for the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Foreign objects, sharp edges, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage a new inner tube as well.
  • Slightly inflate the inner tube, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, do not squeeze it with mounting tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and seal; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
