EXCEL inner tube for 20-inch wheel with 3.0 width

The black EXCEL 20 × 3.0 inner tube has a straight Schrader valve with a length of approximately 33.5 mm. It is designed for use within a compatible pneumatic tire.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer diameter of inner tube: 537 mm.
  • Inner diameter of inner tube: 415 mm.
  • Inner tube width: 57.5 mm.
  • Valve length: 33.5 mm.

For wide wheels, also check access to the valve and the condition of the rim tape. Inflate the inner tube only slightly during installation so it maintains its shape and does not get caught between the tire bead and the rim.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacement, look for the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Foreign objects, sharp edges, or a damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
  • Slightly inflate the inner tube, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly within the tire. When fitting the bead, do not squeeze it with installation tools.
  • Fill to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check valve position and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
