ULIP Reinforced Inner Tube with Bent Valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube features a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. It is designed for the appropriate ten-inch wheel assembly that uses an inner tube.

  • Model: Kaabo Mantis 10 Lite.
  • Reinforced ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube; 90° bent valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer diameter of inner tube: 235 mm.
  • Inner diameter of inner tube: 148 mm.
  • Inner tube width: 43 mm.
  • Bent valve: length 35 mm, angle 90°.

In addition to the tire dimension, check the valve direction and accessibility near the motor. The valve should emerge from the rim hole without tension, with enough space to connect a pump.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacing, look for the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim strip can damage the new inner tube immediately.
  • Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
  • Fill to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and seal; do not use the valve cap to stop a leak.
