M14 nut and three washers for the motor axle

The kit contains a gold-coloured M14 nut and three washers, one of which has a shaped tab. The parts are intended to secure the appropriate motor axle correctly.

Approximate dimensions

• M14 nut: width across flats 20.8 mm, flange diameter 26 mm, height 12.8 mm.
• Clear opening of the nut thread: 12.5 mm.
• Tabbed washer: overall height 29.2 mm, opening width 10.3 mm.
• Oval washer opening: height 14.4 mm.
• Outer diameter of washer without tab: 24.2 mm.

The washer tab must seat in the intended position, and the flat parts must sit flush without tilting. Before replacement, check the axle thread and the order of the existing washers; do not try to fix a damaged thread by tightening harder.

Correct order of fastening parts

• Before disassembly, record the order and position of the parts. Inspect the threads and use suitable tools that do not damage the bolt head or nut.
• First thread the bolts or nut by hand, then tighten to the torque specified in the assembly instructions. After assembly, check for secure fastening and free movement of moving parts.
