CQ recessed charging port with internal XT30

The charging connector has a threaded recessed CQ socket and a yellow XT30 connector on a red-black pair of wires. It attaches through the corresponding housing hole with a nut.

The cable is approximately 16 cm long. Before replacement, compare the diameter of the threaded part, the CQ shape, and the polarity. Secure the wiring with enough slack so that pulling the charging plug does not put stress on the internal connection.

Connecting and protecting the wiring

• Before working, disconnect the power according to the device manual. Compare the shape of the connectors, the polarity/signal layout, and the condition of the contacts.
• Connect the couplings without force and protect them according to the installation location. Route the cable away from sharp edges and moving parts.
• Check that the wiring is not pinched during steering or folding. Before switching on, verify the polarity and signal contact layout.
