ULIP reinforced inner tube with angled valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube features a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. Designed for a compatible 10-inch wheel assembly using an inner tube.

  • Model: VSETT 10+.
  • ULIP 10 × 2.5 reinforced inner tube; 90° angled valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Inner tube outer diameter: 235 mm.
  • Inner tube inner diameter: 148 mm.
  • Inner tube width: 43 mm.
  • Angled valve: 35 mm length, 90° angle.

In addition to the tire size, check the valve orientation and accessibility near the motor. The valve should protrude from the rim opening without tension, with sufficient space to connect a pump.

Replacing the inner tube without pinching

  • Before replacing, check for the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. Foreign objects, sharp edges, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage a new inner tube as well.
  • Slightly inflate the inner tube, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly inside the tire. When installing the bead, do not squeeze it with mounting tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the valve position and seal; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
