Reinforced ULIP inner tube with curved valve

The ULIP 10 × 2.5 inner tube has a reinforced design and a metal valve with a 90-degree bend. It is intended for a corresponding ten-inch wheel assembly with an inner tube.

In addition to the tire dimension, check the direction of the valve and access to it by the motor. The valve should emerge from the rim hole without tension, with enough space to attach the pump.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

• Before replacement, find the cause of the puncture in the tire or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can immediately damage the new inner tube as well.
• Inflate the inner tube slightly, align the valve with the hole, and distribute it evenly in the tire. When installing the bead, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
• Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the position of the valve and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
