160 mm brake disc for 6-bolt hub

The 160 mm diameter brake disc has six mounting points on a 44 mm circle. The silver braking surface is perforated, and internal spokes connect it to the mounting section.

  • Distance between adjacent holes: 22 mm.

The set includes six bolts. When choosing, compare the disc diameter, bolt circle, and caliper position; a larger disc also requires appropriate brake positioning.

Disc replacement and alignment

  • Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the allowable thickness. If it rubs, also check caliper alignment first.
  • Clean the hub contact surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
  • Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check clearance and braking; the new disc and pads require proper bedding-in.
