Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc in case of cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the allowable thickness. In case of rubbing, first check the caliper alignment.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking performance; a new disc and pads require proper break-in.
