Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the allowed thickness. If there is rubbing, check the caliper alignment first.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross-pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking; a new disc and pads require proper bedding in.
