The 160 mm diameter brake disc has six mounting points on a 44 mm circle. The silver braking surface is perforated, and inner arms connect it to the mounting part.

Six bolts are included in the kit. When selecting, compare the disc diameter, mounting circle, and caliper position; a larger disc also requires appropriate brake adjustment.

Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum allowable thickness. If rubbing occurs, check the caliper alignment first.
• Clean the hub mating surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking performance; a new disc and pads require appropriate bedding-in.
