Disc replacement and alignment

• Replace the disc if you notice cracks, permanent deformation, or if it is worn below the minimum thickness. If you hear rubbing, first check the caliper alignment.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After installation, check the free movement and braking performance; new discs and brake pads require a proper bedding-in process.
