180 mm disc with six bolts

The 180 mm diameter silver disc features six mounting points and several types of round holes in the brake ring. The set is completed by six bolts for the appropriate hub.

• Disc diameter: 180 mm.
• Thickness: 1.7 mm.
• Bolt circle diameter: 44.5 mm.
• Hole spacing: 22.5 and 39 mm.
• Hole diameter: 5.5 mm.

Thickness is approximately 1.7 mm. Verify the mounting pattern, minimum allowed thickness, and caliper adapter. Switching from a smaller disc to a 180 mm one is not a direct replacement without checking the fork, frame, and brake.

Changing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc in case of cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum thickness. In case of rubbing, first check the caliper alignment.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking performance; a new disc and pads require proper bedding in.
