180 mm disc with six screws

The 180 mm diameter silver disc has six mounting points and several types of round holes in the brake ring. The kit is complemented by six screws for a suitable hub.

Approximate dimensions

• Disc diameter: 180 mm.
• Thickness: 1.7 mm.
• Mounting circle: 44.5 mm.
• Distance between holes: 22.5 and 39 mm.
• Hole diameter: 5.5 mm.

The thickness is approximately 1.7 mm. Check the mounting pattern, allowed thickness, and caliper adapter. Switching from a smaller disc to a 180 mm one is not a direct swap without checking the forks, frame, and brake.

Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or if it is worn below the allowed thickness. In case of rubbing, first check the caliper alignment as well.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the screws gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking; the new disc and pads require proper breaking-in.
