180 mm disc with six screws

The 180 mm diameter silver disc features six mounting points and several types of round cutouts in the braking ring. The kit includes six screws for the corresponding hub.

• Disc diameter: 180 mm.
• Thickness: 1.7 mm.
• Mounting circle: 44.5 mm.
• Distance between holes: 22.5 and 39 mm.
• Hole diameter: 5.5 mm.

The thickness is approximately 1.7 mm. Check the mounting pattern, allowed thickness, and caliper adapter. Moving from a smaller disc to 180 mm is not a direct replacement without checking the fork, frame, and brake.

Disc replacement and alignment

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the allowed thickness. In case of rubbing, first check the caliper alignment.
• Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the screws gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check the free spin and braking; the new disc and pads require proper break-in.
