The 180 mm diameter silver disc features six mounting points and several types of circular cutouts in the braking ring. The kit is complemented by six bolts for the corresponding hub.

The thickness is approximately 1.7 mm. Check the mounting pattern, allowable thickness, and caliper adapter. Transitioning from a smaller disc to a 180 mm one is not a direct swap without checking the fork, frame, and brake.

Changing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum allowed thickness. If there is rubbing, also check the caliper alignment first.
• Clean the hub mating surface and install the disc in the indicated rotation direction. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross-pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking; the new disc and pads require proper bedding-in.
