180 mm disc with six bolts

The silver 180 mm diameter disc features six mounting points and several types of round openings in the braking ring. The set is completed by six bolts for the corresponding hub.

The thickness is approximately 1.7 mm. Check the bolt pattern, allowed thickness, and caliper adapter. Upgrading from a smaller disc to 180 mm is not a direct replacement without checking the fork, frame, and brake.

Replacing and aligning the disc

• Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum allowed thickness. In case of rubbing, first check the caliper alignment.
• Clean the mounting surface of the hub and install the disc in the marked direction of rotation. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
• Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free rotation and braking; the new disc and pads require a proper bedding-in process.
