160 mm brake disc for 6-bolt hub

The 160 mm diameter brake disc features six mounting points on a 44 mm circle. The silver braking surface is perforated, with internal spokes connecting it to the mounting part.

Includes six bolts. When selecting, compare the disc diameter, mounting hole pattern, and caliper position; a larger disc requires appropriate brake adjustment.

Replacing and aligning the disc

  • Replace the disc if there are cracks, permanent deformation, or wear below the minimum thickness. If you hear rubbing, first check the caliper alignment.
  • Clean the hub mounting surface and install the disc in the specified rotation direction. Tighten the bolts gradually in a cross pattern to the specified torque.
  • Keep the braking surface clean and free of grease. After assembly, check for free movement and braking performance; a new disc and pads require proper bedding in.
