The A-version controller features a ribbed aluminum housing and a branched wire harness with power and signal connectors. The 52V / 25A rating describes its electrical specification.

Before ordering, check the letter A on the existing assembly and all connectors. Version B is not automatically interchangeable; for a vehicle with two controllers, you must identify which unit you are actually replacing.

Replacing the electronic assembly

• Before starting, turn off the vehicle and disconnect the battery according to the prescribed procedure. Note the position of each connector before removing the old unit.
• Secure the new assembly in the provided locations, protect the connections, and ensure the cable routing is not pinched. Match the settings to the actual vehicle configuration.
• Before putting under load, check the display, drive response, and brake sensing. If there are mismatched connectors or a communication error, have a technician verify compatibility.
