Smooth pull and proper adjustment

• Replace the cable in case of frayed wire, corrosion, damaged housing, or sticking. Check that the brake lever and caliper mechanism return freely.
• Route the wire along the existing path, seat the housing ends correctly, and adjust the tension at the caliper. Cut the wire only after checking the length and finish with a cap.
• Check braking, wheel rotation, and sufficient slack when turning the handlebar. After initial use, check the adjustment, as the cable may settle.
