ULIP inner tube with 20 × 4.0 and 3.50-16 markings

The wide ULIP inner tube features a straight Schrader valve and a dual dimension marking of 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16. It is intended for the matching tyre and rim of a wide wheel assembly.

  • ULIP 20 × 4.0 / 3.50-16; straight Schrader valve.

Approximate dimensions

  • Outer tube diameter: 565 mm.
  • Inner tube diameter: 408 mm.
  • Tube width: 80.9 mm.
  • Valve length: 30 mm.

The straight valve is approximately 30 mm long. When choosing, compare the full dimension marking on the old inner tube and tyre, and check access to the valve after installing the wheel.

Replacement without pinching the inner tube

  • Before replacing, look for the cause of the puncture in the tyre or on the rim. A foreign object, sharp edge, or damaged rim tape can damage the new inner tube immediately.
  • Inflate the tube slightly, align the valve with the opening, and distribute it evenly within the tyre. When fitting the bead, do not pinch it with mounting tools.
  • Inflate to the pressure allowed for the wheel assembly. Check the position of the valve and sealing; do not use the valve cap to stop leaks.
