Shorter adjustable kickstand with a widened foot

The black kickstand for a suitable 20–22-inch bicycle has two mounting points and an extendable lower leg. The widened foot increases the contact area with the ground.

The length is adjustable from approximately 300 to 367 mm. A suitable mounting point with 40 mm spacing and two M6 threads is required. Adjust the parked bicycle's lean angle and check clearance from the chain and rear brake.

Two M6 threaded holes spaced 40 mm apart are required on the appropriate left rear part of the frame. Also check the required kickstand length and clearance around the brake and chain.

Stable support when parked

• Attach the kickstand to the intended part of the frame and adjust its length for a moderate lean when the vehicle is parked. A setting that is too short or too long reduces stability.
• Check that the folded kickstand does not touch the wheel, brake or drivetrain parts. Before letting go of the vehicle, make sure it stands securely on firm ground.
• The kickstand is intended for parking. Do not put additional body weight on it while sitting on the vehicle, and check the bracket and bolts after a heavy impact.
