NUTT Y5 hydraulic brake set for NAMI Burn-E

The set for the front and rear brakes of the NAMI Burn-E model includes left and right NUTT Y5 levers, two black calipers, and hydraulic hoses of varying lengths. The signal cables on the levers are intended for the motor cut-off function during braking.

Contents and dimensions

• Front hose: 1300 mm; rear hose: 2100 mm according to supplier data.
• Two NUTT Y5 levers, approx. 180 mm long, with a clamp diameter of approx. 22.5 mm.
• Lever signal cables: approx. 384 mm, with red-marked connectors.
• The pictured caliper measures approx. 88.6 × 61.5 × 44 mm; the distance between mounting points is approx. 52 mm.
• Included are hose connection fittings and bolts as shown in the photos.
• Brake discs are not included.

Fitment and installation

When installing on NAMI Burn-E, compare the mounting side of both calipers, the brackets, the diameter and thickness of existing discs, and the signal connectors. The hoses must allow for correct routing without tension during full handlebar turn and suspension movement. When converting existing brakes, appropriate adapters may be required; the same bolt spacing alone does not guarantee the correct pad position on the disc.

Installation and use

Installation, hose connection, and bleeding should be performed by a qualified technician. Before use, it is necessary to check for leaks, free rotation of both wheels, the functioning of the brake cut-off, and properly bed-in the pads.
